Principle of Data Minimization
MetaPuls consistently follows the principle of data minimization in accordance with Art. 5 GDPR. We only collect and process personal data when it is technically necessary or expressly requested by the user.
User Account & Social Features
MetaPuls provides features similar to a social network. The following data may be processed:
- Username
- Email address
- Voluntary profile information
- Interactions (e.g., messages, comments)
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (Performance of a contract)
Photo Upload for Virtual Try-On
For the virtual try-on of clothing in shops, users can voluntarily upload photos.
Important notes:
- Images are not stored
- Processing takes place exclusively temporarily in RAM
- After ending the try-on session, images are automatically and completely deleted
- Recovery or later use is technically impossible
- There is no sharing, no AI training, and no analysis
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (Consent) — Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Shops, Purchases & External Privacy Policies
MetaPuls is not a seller, not a provider of goods or services, and not a broker in the legal sense.
Role of MetaPuls:
- MetaPuls exclusively rents out digital shop spaces
- Each shop is independently operated by the respective provider
When purchasing:
- Users enter into purchase or service contracts directly with the respective shop
- Before each purchase, users must accept the privacy policy and terms of the respective shop
- The shop operator is solely responsible for the processing of personal data
MetaPuls assumes no responsibility or liability for:
Purchases, services, content, or privacy practices of the shops.
Disputes & Disclaimer
Should problems arise in connection with a purchase, service, or offering, these must be resolved exclusively between the buyer and the shop operator.
MetaPuls:
- Is not a contractual party
- Does not assume any mediation, control, or arbitration function
- Is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes between users and shops
Digital Properties & Resale
Users can purchase, develop, and resell digital properties, spaces, or virtual assets without restriction.

MetaPuls exclusively provides the technical infrastructure.
Data Sharing
Personal data is not shared, except:
- When legally required
- For technical provisioning (e.g., hosting within the EU)

MetaPuls implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or manipulation.
