Terms and Conditions – MetaPuls

Terms of use for the MetaPuls platform

Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the MetaPuls platform (metapuls.de) including:

  • virtual shopping centers, shops and concert halls
  • digital land and buildings
  • social features within the platform

By registering and using the platform, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions as binding.

Registration & User Account

  1. To register, users must provide their first name, last name and email address.
  2. After entering the data, the user receives a confirmation email that must be activated by clicking.
  3. Only after confirming the email can the user access the platform.
  4. Users are obligated to provide correct data and update changes immediately.

Digital Land & Buildings

1. MetaPuls offers digital land for purchase in the cities of Düsseldorf, Berlin, Paris, Rome, Barcelona, Dubai and Istanbul.

2. Users can on their land:

  • use existing buildings and create their own content
  • submit their own building designs, which MetaPuls builds for the user at an offered price

3. Buildings function as profiles in the social network, including:

  • Follower system
  • Sharing and liking images
  • Live broadcasts (streams)
  • Comment features

4. Users can freely sell their buildings to third parties at any price.

5. After purchasing land, users receive a digital proof of ownership.

Upon request, an NFT certificate for the land can be issued for an additional fee.

6. Testing (Usage Right Without Ownership Transfer)

Users have the option to use digital land within the "Testing" feature.

Within "Testing", the user receives a free, non-exclusive, time-limited and revocable usage right to a digital land parcel.

The user is entitled to:

  • construct or design buildings,
  • furnish interiors,
  • post, share and stream content,
  • use social features (followers, visits, communication),
  • test business activities within the platform.

No transfer of ownership takes place. The digital land and all associated virtual structures remain fully owned by MetaPuls.

MetaPuls reserves the right to terminate, restrict or convert the usage right within "Testing" into a paid purchase or rental model at any time.

No claims to ownership, permanent use or compensation arise from the use within "Testing".

Payments

1. Accepted payment methods:

  • Mastercard
  • Visa
  • PayPal
  • Invoice
  • Money2bit

2. When paying with Money2bit, MetaPuls grants a discount.

3. Money2bit can be purchased within the official Money2bit platform.

Shops & Business Activities

  1. Users can set up their own shops or business areas within their buildings.
  2. Usage is possible without additional platform fees.
  3. Optionally, MetaPuls can accelerate or support business activities for a fee payable to MetaPuls.
  4. MetaPuls assumes no liability for purchases, sales or business activities within the shops.

Liability & Responsibility

1. MetaPuls is not a contractual partner between buyers and shops.

2. Any disputes or problems related to:

  • purchase and sale of buildings
  • use of shops
  • services provided by shops

are to be resolved exclusively between the involved users.

3. MetaPuls is not liable for damages, losses or disputes between users.

Testing (Usage Right Without Ownership Transfer)

Users who use land through the 'Testing' option are obligated to begin construction on the respective land within three (3) months from the start of the testing phase.

If no construction or active development takes place within this period, Meta Puls Germany reserves the unrestricted right to reclaim the land in question without any entitlement to compensation, and to reassign it or make it available to third parties.

There is no entitlement to an extension of the testing phase, unless Meta Puls Germany expressly and in writing agrees to an extension.

Shop Data Protection

  1. Each shop is responsible for its own privacy policy.
  2. Before each purchase or service, users must accept the privacy policy of the respective shop.
  3. MetaPuls is not responsible for the data processing of the shops.

Use of Social Features

1. Users can use content within the platform to:

  • post
  • share
  • like
  • live stream

2. MetaPuls assumes no responsibility for content published by other users.

3. Users must comply with applicable legal regulations (copyright, personal rights, GDPR).

Changes to Terms

MetaPuls reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as needed, particularly for new features, legal changes or service expansions.

Changes will be communicated to users promptly on the platform.
